Terrible customer service. Rude when they talk to you and no one gets back to you. I splurged on a 900.00 marble top vanity and it arrived stained. I'm hoping I can figure out how to get the stain out because KB Authority will not answer emails and when I ask for a Manger, it goes to voicemail. I wish I had read the reviews prior to buying from them, I saved shipping costs – but who buys a marble top cabinet with a stained top? It was not my intent, but that's what I got for full blown retail. If you like to gamble – then this is your Company. You might do well – but you might not and will have little to no recourse.

Shopping online with KBAuthority was nothing but an incredible experience. I purchased a Brizo kitchen/shower system for my home and I wasnt too sure about what I needed to purchase. So I spoke to a sales representative named Mike and he took me throughout the entire shopping process. We started with my kitchen and we selected a beautiful Artesso faucet He explained every single color to me and even sent me links to look at the colors as I was selecting them, he even explained small differences between the brushed nickel vs stainless steel stuff. We then moved on to the bathroom We shopped for the Charlotte line because I am a classical fellah and really enjoy detailed items. He explained EVERYTHING from what I need to buy, why I need to buy, and how much it cost. He provided me the model numbers of all the valves that I needed and I then gave my credit card. Most of the items were special order and I was OKAY with that because of my time frame and I got everything in about 3 weeks (as promised). Since then, everything has been installed and the results are just outstanding. Who would believe that you can get such outstanding customer services? Ah! Makes me enjoy the new digital world.. Well none the less, I wrote this review because I wanted others to know this company does what its asked of. I dont have any complaints and would definitely shop again. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking to save money and speak with a rep that knows what theyre selling. Thanks kbauthority, I appreciate all of your hard work

I ordered a bathroom cabinet and was notified afterward that it was considered a custom order (its not) so would take 2-3 weeks. I wasn't in a rush, so no big deal, was willing to wait it out. After 3 weeks, I started checking the status online and the ship date kept changing, every day. I finally emailed, several times, no response at all, nothing. I called and kept getting put on hold when I asked what was going on. One person I got told me the notes said that her colleague had spoken to me on the previous day (which was a blatant lie). Either their phone system is faulty, or the reps hang up on you when they don't know the answers. When I got a quasi-human rep who didn't hang up on me, I explained that I wasn't going to put up with their. nonsense, and I was told that the order had come in and that they were going to “try” to ship that day. I got a shipping notification with a tracking number, and even that didn't make sense since it showed shipping history between the manufacturer and their shipping facility, and it was marked “complete”. I called again, and got a snotty rep who told me I needed to wait 48 hours before checking status. Terrible company to deal with.

Like other reviews that I have read, I ordered several items that the website said were in stock. Once I placed the order I receive a confirmation. A couple of days later I receive another email stating that the items are on backorder and it will take 10 to 15 business days to receive them and the email also stated that I could cancel. I called to cancel and was told that the order was cancelled. I also asked for and email confirmation which I never got. I called 2 more times in a span of 4 days only to say the order was cancelled but got the run around about getting an email confirmation. During all this process I find out that after I cancelled the order they ran my credit card through. Today I had to get rude and finally got an email confirmation saying the order had been cancelled. I'm now waiting on them to credit my card with the charges. This was my first experience with them and it will be my last. In today's world its all about being honest and customer service. If you don't have items in stock be honest and state that on the site. Had you been honest I would have had no need to order the items because in reality you never had them. As for as customer service, how hard is it to send a confirmation by email to show the order had been cancelled? Instead you chose for 4 days in a row to give me a BS story about cancelling my order. Never my business ever!!
